Staff Support Networks

The Staff Support Networks were set up to share common concerns, issues, experiences and solutions.

Cambridgeshire Constabulary has a variety of staff support networks including UNITY, to support staff from minority ethnic backgrounds, FUSION the women’s network, the Disability Support Network, LGBT Network and faith groups.

In addition, there are many national groups which can offer you support. We are currently involved with the National Black Police Association, National Christian Police Association, Disabled Police Association and the National Association of Muslim Police.
